That's the only downside. You can't check what sites others have. You can just check the ads. But it's still quite powerful. Hmmm... Google could not count $$ for clicks, but still allow them. I think that many who click on the ads just for curiosity, to see what their competitors are doing, could save advertisers money and CTR this way...
